Client Story- Finding Justice is a Challenge

Finding justice is a challenge. Our Client was just defending his dog from a drunk neighbor assaulting the Client’s dog with a fence board. The drunk neighbor ends up with superficial wounds as a result, that he exaggerates. The neighbor claims the Client stabbed him. Deputies arrive on scene and given the limited information, chaotic situation, they arrest the Client. Attorney Tai Bogan offered a rigorous defense, more of an offense, for the Client. A Client who had no prior criminal history. Two years later the drunk neighbor’s dishonesty, and lack of character is revealed. The story crumbles, and the District Attorney dismisses the case for insufficient evidence. This was a long, stressful, two years for the Client and his family, The tears of joy outside the courtroom that morning were very rewarding.
